Jessica Mawhir

Jessica, as a co-owner and stylist, embarked on her career in 2005 and is certified in Goldwell and Babe Extensions. Her dedication led her to receive The Boces Hall of Fame Award in May 2012, solidifying her reputation as the Best Stylist in the Twin Tiers. Since 2019, Jessica has been prominently recognized as CosmoProf's Top 8 International Precision Haircutter. Her expertise has been featured in publications by Guy Tang, Washi Scissor Company, Rusk, and K18. Notably, she has recently taken on significant roles as a key hairstylist and makeup artist for the movie shorts "Babbo" and "Dreamhouse." Moreover, Jessica is a regular contributor to "Ask Us Magazine" and is currently involved in a podcast project titled "Floor Full of Hair," where she interviews clients as a stylist.

Heather Sands

Heather Sands graduated from Cosmetology at Boces in 2023 and has been an integral part of the Carpe Diem family ever since.

Heather excels in all aspects of cosmetology, with a particular passion for hand-tied weft extensions. In the summer of 2023, she traveled south to enhance her skills and obtain certification in JZ Stylez extensions.

Kim Card

Kim Card graduated from Cosmetology at Boces in 2023 and has been a dedicated member of the Carpe Diem family since then.

Kim is proficient in various specialties including updos, makeup, and color, with a particular focus on vivid color transformations. She remains committed to her professional development by attending classes to stay updated on the latest trends in the industry.

Meg Eberhard

Meg Eberhard graduated from Cosmetology at Boces in 2023 and had been a part of the Carpe Diem family for two years prior, interning at our salon.

Currently, Meg is attending college full-time locally while also working part-time at the salon. She excels in men's haircuts, but her true specialty lies in her exceptional talent for balayage techniques.
